The aroma of nerolidol is a floral, lily –like, soft woody note. It is used as a flavoring agent in fruits and savory flavorings as well as being a very important ingredient for fine fragrances. It is has many medicinal benefits, including being anti-fungal, antimicrobial, and anti-parasitic.
